Rift Valley Leaders Caution Nominated Senator Njoroge

Kapseret Mp Oscar Sudi and and Uasin Gishu County Assembly Speaker Isaac Terer have  cautioned TNA Nominated Senator Paul Njoroge over reckless remarks towards Deputy President William Samoei Ruto’s 2022 Presidential bid. Senator Njoroge has caused political storm in Rift Valley by claiming that central Kenya central Kenya will not support Deputy president Ruto in 2012.

Speaker Terer said that peace in Rift Valley region is fragile and Hon Njoroge being a leader from Nakuru  which was epicenter of 2007/08 Post Election Clashes should be in forefront in promoting peace. He said the political support for President Uhuru Kenyatta from Rift Valley is unconditional and that deputy president will seek the highest office in Kenya come 2012 based on his credentials.

Hon. Sudi questioned why Nominated Senator Njoroge is speaking the same remarks that were made by Kiambu Senator William Kabogo two weeks a ago terming it a sinister political motive.

He told off Senator  Njoroge saying leadership comes from God. He said Rift valley is behind jubilee administration both in 2017 and 2022. He dispelled rumors doing rounds that he would ditch URP for KANU in 2022 saying he is in URP to stay.


Uasin Gishu County Assembly Leader of Majority Hon Josphat Lowoi asked Senator Njoroge to name his sponsors saying that he is out to rock Jubilee party. He said Deputy President William Ruto is a national leader who enjoys support from all Kenyans.

The leaders were  speaking at Megun Ward in Kapseret Constituency during burial of prominent farmer who was the parent to an employee of the County Assembly.
